Genevestigator
Genevestigator is Nebion's main product, with more than 25,000
registered users for the online version. It's a high-performance Web
platform that tightly integrates expression data and sample
annotations. This allows to systematically screen the database for
genes that have unique expression properties or to validate target
genes by checking how they respond to thousands of experimental
conditions (see example). Genevestigator is available online or
can be locally installed for seamless integration into a company's IT
environment.
Existing customers
NEBION has extensive experience with serving the needs of both small
and large institutions and corporations. For example, Genevestigator
has been licensed by Abbott, Nestlé, Bayer, BASF Plant Science,
Syngenta, Dow AgroSciences, Philip Morris, British American Tobacco,
Cargill, Valent, Keygene, and several academic institutions such as
INRA, VIB, GMI, ETH Zurich, and others. |
